Key Responsibilities for Chef de cocina – Food Delivery Kitchen
- Support daily kitchen operations, preparing orders according to precise recipe specifications and brand standards.
- Efficiently and swiftly dispatch orders, ensuring each dish exceeds quality and presentation expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all common kitchen areas, upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Receive and organise food deliveries, managing stock and storage in line with operational requirements.
- Assist with inventory checks and contribute to stock control processes.
- Follow all food handling guidelines and comply with current food safety and health regulations.
Chef de cocina Job Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen is required. Experience in organised food service environments is an advantage.
