We are looking for a Store Sales Representative with experience in advising and selling IT and technology-related products and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying needs, recommending tailored solutions, and closing sales, contributing to the store's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on IT products and services (hardware, software, accessories, etc.).
• Identify customers' specific needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Manage product inventory, including restocking and labeling.
• Maintain a tidy and professional workspace, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
• Demonstrate products and clearly explain their technical features in an accessible manner.
• Participate in planning promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
• Resolve questions or issues related to products and services offered.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and/or advisory roles in the technology sector or similar.
• Solid knowledge of IT: hardware, software, peripherals, networks, etc.
• Sales skills and the ability to work towards targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude with an interest in new technologies.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and use of point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours if needed.
